Winning entries will receive the following benefits.
・The entries will be included in the 20th anniversary edition of "Hana", which will be released in spring 2022.
・A Grand Prix winner will receive prize money of 100,000 yen and a few runners-up will receive prize money of 30,000 yen.

Please fill in the application form to enter the competition.
We will send you an email with a link to download the remixed material.

・Everyone is welcome to attend.

Entries must be original works created by the participants themselves, using either the vocal material of the "Hana" or material prepared by themselves.
Entry to this competition is at the sole discretion and risk of the entrant. In the unlikely event of a dispute with a third party regarding an entry, it is the responsibility of the participant to resolve the dispute.
Once an entry has been made, we will not be able to change or delete entries at the request of the participant. The only exception to this is when contact details are updated.

The rights to the vocal material sent to you after entry belong to the original creator and to Musicmine Inc.
It is forbidden to use the data for any purpose other than this competition, to send it to others or to publish it without permission.

As a general rule, participants may not use their entries for any purpose other than for the purpose of the Competition, as any work entered in the Competition will be a derivative work created in reliance on the copyrighted work of the Company or any third party authorised by the Company.
You grant us and any third party designated by us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use your entry in advertising and promotional activities for our products and services, including the Competition and related events.
We and the third parties we appoint will use your entry primarily for the following purposes and in the following ways
To use our products and services in a manner that we deem necessary to promote them.
Publication on the Company's website and in various advertising materials (including TV commercials in Japan and overseas) operated or created by the Company, etc.
Publication in magazines, comic books and other media
To use the information in any other way that we deem necessary to disclose the results of the judging of the competition or to promote the competition.
We reserve the right to adjust, alter, omit parts of, or otherwise modify your entry to the extent necessary for the above use.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that an entry is selected as a winning entry, the entrant will be required to transfer the copyright and all other rights to the entry to the Company or a third party designated by the Company.
If you do not intend to transfer your copyright or other rights, please do not enter.
In order to transfer the rights to the prize-winning work, a contract for the transfer of the master recording and copyright (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) must be concluded with the Company. (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act). If the contract is not concluded, the work will be excluded from the prize-winning works.
Participants represent and warrant to us that they have the necessary rights to grant us a license to the entry and to transfer the rights to the winning entry.
It is at the sole discretion of the Company to decide whether and how to display the names of the participants, authors and comments in advertising, promotional activities and other publicity of the Company's products and services, including this competition and related events.
Winning entries may be adapted, altered or mutilated by us or any third party designated by us for use in advertising and sales promotion activities for our products and services, including this competition and related events, and for other purposes.

The personal data (name, telephone number, email address, age, etc.) provided by the participant in the entry form will be used by us for the purpose of facilitating the selection process for this competition, under our control and responsibility.
We will use the personal information we collect from you through the Competition for the following purposes in order to administer the Competition. The personal information you provide to us will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Entry management (including contacting participants to confirm their entry and contacting winners)

the display of the names of the participants and any other use of the work in connection with the use of the work
Musicmine Inc. will strictly manage the personal information collected through this contest in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Musicmine Inc. set forth separately.

Entries will be invalidated and will not be judged if, in the opinion of the Company, any of the following apply or are likely to apply We reserve the right to cancel the prize-winning entry.

Submissions made outside the period and method specified by us

Participants are prohibited from using the names, trademarks or logos of ASA-CHANG & Junray, "Hana", our company or our partner companies for commercial or profit-making purposes, regardless of the method or manner.

All costs associated with entry, for whatever reason, are the responsibility of the participant.

We may suspend or discontinue the provision of the official website of the Competition (the "Website") without prior notice due to maintenance or failure of the server system, fire, power failure, earthquake or other natural disaster.

If any part of these ”Terms and Conditions” or the ”Terms and Conditions of Use” of Use is held to be invalid under any law or regulation, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts.

Winners may not transfer, exchange, refund, exchange for cash, or resell their rights to obtain prizes or awards.

Please note that the entry form may not be available on some devices or in some PC environments. In addition, the Site may be difficult to access due to communication conditions, or the Site may not be accessible due to a concentration of access during the Entry Period or at certain times of the day. The Company shall not be liable for any hardware or software problems or damages resulting from the use of the Site, or for any access problems caused by malfunction of the communication environment or equipment.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party in connection with the Competition, including but not limited to unavailability of all or part of the Website, disqualification of your entry or prize, changes to the Competition, or cancellation of the Competition.

These ”Terms and Conditions” shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and in the event of any legal action between you and us in relation to the Competition or these ”Terms and Conditions”, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
